A centralized console for all operational requirements: Operations like Housekeeping, Accounts, Reports, managing multiple Points Of Sale (POS); are all extremely important for the day-to-day working of a hotel. By integrating all of them onto a single dashboard, it becomes easier to analyze and improve the operational efficiency. (Ex: You don't have to manually order the housekeeping staff to go clean a room every time after a checkout) Data Security: Because hotels deal with highly sensitive data like customer info, credit card details of the customer, accounts etc; it is absolutely important that the data is secure. With a cloud based software, the data can be secured in a server which is not physically present at the location of the hotel.

Managing Overbooking: During peak tourist season, almost all hotels

practice Overbooking. Managing it manually is a herculean task.

Revenue Management: Revenue analysis and forecasting becomes far more easier
