How to access the Egypt server without vpn connection with simple dlink or tp link router with ADSL (Dynamic IP) in server end from Dubai ?

Teamviewer if you don't want to transfer Data... just for configuring or RDP.

otherwise you should configure IP forwarding on ADSL with specific IP of other end in ACL for each session (due to DHCP) @ Egypt. :)

I found the solution , each router will get static ip from the ISP even it have ADSL or PPPOE connection,  i have verified the IP logging in router and checking over browser (www.whatismyipaddress.com) i just change the settings of router at the settings of port forwarding i have forward all the incoming traffic to server class C ip address which was configured previously i just checked DMZ and now i can access the server ....
