Can the hotel staff leave the work in operation time?

Example: the hotel has only one doctor. The doctor left the working place without informing the staff of reception (as later he told for morning pray). One of guest guest needs help immediately.

What the guest relation which escorting ill guest, and receptionists should do to help the guest?

Can anybody leave (for any important reason) his place in operation time without informing staff and finding the person who will stay instead of him?

What the doctor should make in advance to avoid the problem?

If there are emergency cases, why not? But leaving the work should be as long as there is proper endorsement of his/her work to remain the smooth operations in the workplace.

No, he can't leave his work without informing anybody.. Even it's emergency. Bec that time his on duty and he has responsibility to do his job ko matter wat happen. Switch off is not big issue bec sometimes some place we lost connection
