Take permission from the regular customer to attend him a bit later or if possible keep him occupied with your other colleague or offer him a newspaper, magazine with tea or coffee and make him comfortable. Meanwhile, attend the new customer. Give the new customer the required information and make a quick interaction. The regular customer will be able to understand the situation if communicated as it is one off incidence and not often. New customer with big business to the bank is important for the bank's business growth and should not be ignored. It is a situation to keep both attended and served with some delay to the regular customer.
We would entertain both the Customers as both are equally Important but the prefrence would be given to Regular customer with small amount business.
Regular with small business because he must has outstanding need to finalize and got money .
In Service industry customer relationship is very important, wher as i would give 1st preference to the regular cusotmer, wher as i cannot neglect the new cusotmer also because 1st impression of a customer service is very important which bonds the relationship with our comapny. Request bothe the customer to come one by one so that i can be comfortable to attend and communicate properly.
For the sake of business expansion I will always and under any circumstances prefer to give the priority to a new customer , providing that my old customer can easy understanding me and accept may apologies in such delay, as beyond doubt he has been served as much as many times during the course of our business transactions.

REGULAR CUSTOMERS ARE MOST IMPORTANT. ON OTHERSIDE THE NEW CUSTOMERS ARE TO BE ATTENDED CAREFULLY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE BETTER BANKING RELATION TO EARN REVENUE AND TO GET IMPORT EXPORT BUSINESS.
Kindly we have to give the preference to the new customer with big amount ( new money and new customer as new in investment), since the trust has been built earlier with the regular customer.
Customer is the King whether it regular or new customer, however the preferences has to be given to the customer rention if any issues are there in serving the regular customer with small fincap. The customer feedback and suggestions are of top most priority for both the partner for mutual benefits. New customer with high networth is also equally important as we have to understand his business requirements and technology needs for future growth imprints. Hence both customers have to be treated with open mindsets in broader sense.
I WILL GIVE PRIORIOTY TO A NEW CUSTOMER. IT LIKE A GUEST AT HOME, NEED TO EXPLORE YOUR CARING ATTITUDE, HENCE, I WILL ASK MY REGULAR CUSTOMER SOME FEW MINUTES TO WELCOME ON BOARD A NEW CUSTOMER.
Every Customer has its own importance. I will prefer small business with regularty. Their back up is eassy. Customer with big amount is only for specific time period.
