Every Information which is in resume may affect the chances of attracting or detracting your employer. But the most important details which should be present are the educational background which gets you through screening process, past experience which helps employer to understand that whether you already have expertise in the respective field you are applying in or not. And the achievements which usually people ignore sometimes but play a vital role in getting you a job. Achievements are basically the reasons that why an employer should hire you. And never forget to put on contact details so that employer will get in touch if he/she is interested to hire you.

Last and most important thing is to put a link or url of your web presence of your e-profile. If you don't have one you must create one. A LInkedin or brandedme profile could be a promising way of impressing your potential employers.
