Focus and confidence work as a positive sign which will take you towards the path of success in any project within time.At the same time, don't do overtime which shows you re incompaticable,so you are utilizing more time for desire project or work..
The most important fact about time is that you have only24hrs per day, nothing less nothing more.
Never be afraid to keep it 'real', take on what you can and give people realistic deadlines, sometimes people try to over please and fail to remember that time is not flexible, they take on work that they eventually fail to deliver or deliver with poor quality.
By arranging the tasks as per importance and giving full concentration to complete the assigned task.
The management of deadlines should be pre plan from beginning and you have to keep eye on Baseline Programme, you will be able to track you tasks regularly.

Time is an important factor for a project manager.
Prepare your task list which are pending as per given deadline.
Prirotize these tasks and do right assignment to team with timeline.
Keep on monitoring and guide team for task completion within given timeline.
Start from this: when they tell you we are multi-tasking, they are lying. We are not. Therefore you need to sort your tasks by priority. If you can't decide on priorities, your manager should. Once you know what to do first and if everything fits in, well get back to work :-) If some stuff does not fit and it's still important, then ask for help or just don't do it, but inform somebody in advance, do not just present yourself at the deadline and say "sorry I didn't have time to finish this one". Last but not least, do not forget to apply the 80/20 rule.
Check out the Time management matrix. There is some supporting material by Stephen Covey. It allows you to quickly identify where your priorities are.

In this scenario, I must assign the task with priority on P0,P1,P2,P3 ... and so on to ease the delivery of tasks in efficient manner.
