I make list of assignments then prioritize the important ones. Through this, you can manage time and do your assignments one by one without any difficulty.

The most important fact about time is that you have only24hrs per day, nothing less nothing more.

 

Never be afraid to keep it 'real', take on what you can and give people realistic deadlines, sometimes people try to over please and fail to remember that time is not flexible, they take on work that they eventually fail to deliver or deliver with poor quality.

Start from this: when they tell you we are multi-tasking, they are lying. We are not. Therefore you need to sort your tasks by priority. If you can't decide on priorities, your manager should. Once you know what to do first and if everything fits in, well get back to work :-) If some stuff does not fit and it's still important, then ask for help or just don't do it, but inform somebody in advance, do not just present yourself at the deadline and say "sorry I didn't have time to finish this one". Last but not least, do not forget to apply the 80/20 rule.
