open  cmd

1- shutdown - s   -m <machine name or ip>    to shutdown

2- shutdown - r   -m <machine name or ip>    to restarts

3- shutdown - l   -m <machine name or ip>     to log off

you can also use this command :   shutdown -i gives you a dialog box to fill in what function you want to use
