How can you describe the relationship between a successful management and staff?

The relation is actually a bridge between them that is established to retain the staff and to satisfy him / her. Management is successful because staff is is with the management. And staff is loyal, dedicated and sincere because management is successful.

It must be democratic style 

Relationship between the two is simple and directly proportionate. Performance  an success rates of employees on realistic, measurable  and mutually agreed parameters indicates the level of success of management. Similarly success in making learning and development opportunities  available also  can be an indicator.

Manager is visionary, but staff is operator.  

Both of them must understand each other as both are equally important for each other.

Word relationship is a humanitarian attraction among two persons or among two caters. While we are talking in business management provide all the resources to their business staff and do planning for the business staff growth in the future and in reply by availing all the resources which are provided by management, business staff playing their role effeciently and effective and agile performance in result. Both management and business staff are understanding their roles and playing effectively, which produces higher results.
