What ever you pass successfully is better. 

Its depends on jobs/roles that you look for as well market requirements . For example if your interests in managerial accounting and cost CMA is very good however if your interest in audit or financial reporting management CPA, ACCA is very good,as well Its all up to you.

All are different certifications totally independent from each other.Any given certification has value depending on what you want to accomplish with it.

If you want to earn big money go for CPA If you want to be a expert in your field and Big money go for ACA, ACCA & CIMA If you are of Banking Sector, go for CFA If you are already in good position in finance , but need of recognized Certificate , go for CMA (which is very easy compare to other certificates or MBA in reputed Institute.
If you are partially qualified in Charted accountancy and working in Audit Dept , go for CIA If you want to be a good accountant , go for IFRS dip Note: Above suggestion is only for Middle East's Environment

There is difference among each due to course contents and depth, authority power. However, I think that BEST (here) is subjective. It is good to consider the market requirement as benchmark (what is required by market). In other words, the BEST will be determined by the market. For example, in UK, the best is the ACCA whereas CPA is the best in USA. In MENA region, it depends on the HR personnel to consider the BEST for job. Furthermore, the best will be determined by the jobs/roles that you look for.
