How would you estimate the value of reusing plan/schedule templates? How would you try to maximize that value?

1. The time saved by not having to re-type/write the template part of the schedule/plan 2. The time saved (partially) in planning meetings if/as part of the team has previous knowledge of the templates What else could be added to this list?

Action items drafted using the scheduled templates will provide approximate value & closure of the actions & successful implementation of decisions drafted using the templates will act as a testimony for values for Re-using a plan or scheduled templates.
