Time constraint refers to the amount of time available to complete a project.

When you force an activity to start or finish according to your dates then it is called a constraint.
There are many types of Constraints, for example: Must Start on Must Finish on Must not Start earlier than or equal to Must not finish earlier than or equal to Must Start Later than or equal to Must Finish Later than or equal to Etc.
