The Guest Relation Officer (Guest service) broke the toe (leg finer) in the hotel area during the Orientation for the Travel Agency.

Questions:

1. Action taken by guest relation when it was happened.

2. Action taken by other departments.

3. The instructions of GM that the shoes of staff related to guest have to use closed shoes. Does she have to stay at home during the period of illness? (Doctor prohibited to use the closed shoes for one month). Or in this case its allowed for her to broke the hotel rules and wear opened shoes? Does she have a risk to lose the job if she stay at home?

IN THAT CASE SHOULD BE THE COMPANY GIVE HER AUTOMATICALLY SICK LEAVE.UNTIL SHE WILL BE FINE AND CAN WALK PROPERLY.

It totaly depands upon the nature of the business and its policies. If policy has provision to let the GRO rest for some days until she is fit to resume or has flexiability to let her wear open shoes.

first of all need to do first aid in the work place itself,and call the first aid trainers, and than they will shift him/her to the hospital.
