3- First aid center and what will do in cause of emergency.
4- What is the requirement on the project?
5- Work strategic plan.
6- HSE Plan and how to apply on it.
7- Emergency evacuation included assembly points.
8- Security plan on site.
9- Short example of the project top hazard and how to avoid it.
- Traffic Plan and rules.
- Smoking policy.
- Workforce behaviors on site.
- Unsafe act and unsafe condition, Near Miss and incident /accident Reporting and investigation system.
The importance of Safety induction is to brief the newly employees about what are the regulations of the projects / company, what are do's and don'ts, what is company or project all about, and lastly to give information what they need to to in case of any emergency.
The importance of safety induction is as important as every safety practice within an organisation. It provide both the newly employed staff, the customers, contractors, visitors etc. An overview of the safety precaution within the premises are. The basic knowledge of the exit routes, access and egress. It get them aquinted and or familiar with the company layout, the staff or employees of the company and the operating principles and procedures of the company as well as where to get assistance in case the need arises. Safety Inductions are there to protect companies against injuries and incidents . It is key that all persons , visitors and employees , on site attend an induction to be made aware of the potential dangers on site . Signage on site is a reminder of the dangers
