What in your opinion would be the impact of emerging tech such as 'drone deliveries' planned by Amazon? Both pros and cons?

Using drones have always had more risk bearing factors than positive effects. There is a lot of stringent policies, rules and regulations which have to be complied with including flying regulations. Amazon has tested and tried and so have other companies but yet there are many issues due to which we have still not seen Amazon or any other company launch it in full effect.
