Ofcourse, I will choose the new job with a higher pay- I won't continue in a job dosen't achieve my financial needs.

To be honest, I would go for the higher pay, not just because of the higher pay itself, rather because of the higher potential and better opportunities that are far more important than job security and that should not be compromised for it, because it can be easily replaced by creating a name for yourself in your field of work, so that if you happen to lose your current job for any reason, other employers will be racing to get your services for even better offers than the current one....
long story short : don't settle for anything out of fear of having nothing !

I would choose the higher pay, cause the job security depends on me.
I will not be fooled by a job security and a weak salary if I am the best in what I am doing.
That means some kind of abuse of the human nature.

thank you bukayo ekunwe , your question depends on the meaning of Job security , is it mean social insurance and medical insurance...ect or is it means the quality of people , work environment and company future because I consider these factors as job security .
so if I chose the first option then my answer would be '' money takes '' by money i can offer to myself good social insurance and medical insurance ect...
through the private insurance companies second option would be preferred if I talked about the quality of people , work environment and company future

It depends on condition. If new job offers "LITTLE" higher payment than old job, then everyone want to stick with old one with job security. But if there is significant difference in payment in new and old jobs, i.e., new job has very high payment than old, then nobody wants to stick with old job. So, it is conditional.
