In South Africa there is a direct approach from the National Department of Education. Access to higher education has been widened to accommodate previously disadvantaged communities.

At the dawn of the SA democratic dispensation - there was a concerted drive towards implementing a new education system in SA. Educators were required to up-skill appropriately and the education department facilitated the process by providing the necessary funding. Currently high school graduates are encouraged to study towards achieving qualifications in education and the SA government is providing funding incentives to both learners and public service  providers

Assalamu alaikum , It is so easy , at first we need to select what is our Goal , Whic is our target ? Rural ? Ultra rural peoples  or footpath Childrean ? then we wiil make plan or PDCA cycle .

Im working in Japanise NGO '' School Aid Japan .'' So i know - what should we do now .
