I'd first look at the group from which the training request was made and then plot the following.
The presentation or the material has to be very appealing, engaging, stimulating and encouraging explaning the logics while analysiing them.
Questionaire will help in clearing a lot of doubts and make the training appear complete as well.
The following issues need to be resolved which may also be considered as the prerequisites of preparing the Training Module/material:
1. Identifying the Target Employees (Participants)2. Identifying their Current Knowledge Level of the training area.
3. Identifying the Expected Level of Knowledge4. Identifying the Expected Change the Training will bring in participants.5. Identifying the Benefits it will bring to the Employees and the Organization.6.Deciding the Contents (Topics) of the Training7. Assigning the Facilitators/Trainers for Each Module according to their area of expertise and comfort.
