  • answer telephone calls from guest seeking to make or cancel hotel reservations.
  • they greet arriving guest, assign rooms, issue keys and ascertain guest payments and billing information.
  • answer guest requests for assistance and coordinate with house keeping, bell service staff and management to fulfill guest request.
