What are the steps that the Customer should follow if the loads of Electrical System does not Compatible with the Power system in the Building?

Assalaamu'alaikum Mr Hashim, I hope I understand your question correctly.

If the equipment used have a different frequency rating than the building power supply (from the grid), then the customer should get another equipment with compatible frequency (50 vs60 Hz).

If the the voltage rating is not compatible, than the customer should get a transformer, unless the equipment can automatically adjust to a range of voltages.  Sometimes380V vs415V can be an issue.

If the electrical load of the system exceed the capacity of the main incoming breaker, then.... firstly the customer should study and try to improve the system efficiency, try to save electricity so that the main breaker won't trip.  If cannot be done, then the customer may need to apply to the grid for power upgrade (increase main incoming breaker capacity).
