I want to say that instead of making a job contractual at the time of recruitment (where we are somehow forcing an employee to work for us) we should create such a working atmosphere where he himself gets motivated to work.
Employee cannot work freely in a contractual job system.
It depends upon the worker. Employee should be loyal for company and his work. He always try to win the trust from his senior.
