Doesn't it depend on what kind of product it is; which company organize it ......... and so on?! I think we can't answer that kind of questions in generally! You know, an promotion of some book from an very successful author will probably be very high and if we try to promote a book from unknown author it will be very low. So, probably we should specify our questions to became the right answers. We can take any other sample in any other production field ........
