Does pitching skills really make difference in convincing investors more than the idea itself?

Dear Md, Idea is the CONCEPT  Pitching is the COMMUNICATION  Unless you present your idea in the best possible manner to the investor, you cannot create an interest in him. 
Without interest you cannot convince him. 
without convincing you cannot sell your IDEA. 
It is, therefore, you require both best-IDEA & excellent-PITCHING skill to convince and sell to the prospective investors!!!
