I make sure all policy & procedures are reviewed every year and to make sure we are aligned with market trends. The KPI and bonus plan are monitored every quarterly, so even during though times we reward the people who shine. I make sure I have a town hall every quarter, to welcome new staff, to congratulate out standing performers and to review any feedback from the staff.
Work with the organization as if it is your own company. Yes hard work is important, but the organizational goal should be your own, as if you were the entrepreneur running it. Only then do you create the impact and realize it doesn't matter what time of day or day of week it is. You will work just as hard on birthdays, holidays, festivals, because the organization's success is your success.
Identifying key areas that needs your intervention and addressing it with right approach is the key pathway to contribute to any Org. success. In my various roles, i have sahred my contribution and hence been recognised equally.
Personal Efforts for me are a combination of inherent behaviorial competencies , Loyality and personal ethics.
My contribution , through personal efforts would be to take ownership and transmit this sense of responsibility amongst other colleauges , drive team spirit , positive employer branding , effective employee interaction leading to successfull engagement startegies , and hence employee relations and saisfaction.
And to drive all the above, I am very adaptable through change , and my PR skills help in managing change for other employees during any form of transition,
