Of course she should take an action to help the guest of the hotel. She can provide some first aid help if she is trained on that while getting the professional help to the scene. She should never leave the person with heart attack before making sure he or she is getting the attention they need.

first thing to do is give first Aid to the guest.
First, thing that I`m gonna do is to inform my General Manager about the situation at the Lobby so he/she acknowledge why should suppose to be the reason why I am late on meeting. I know he/she will understand the situation.
First things first.first AID saves lives,Guest relation should respond to the immediate call of attention as in passing the message to any front office personel in the hotel, about his/her delay to the morning Briefing due to the accident occured at the lobby.
