Does budgetary control involve the use of budget and budgetary reports throughout the period of budget to coordinate,evaluate and control day to day ?

my answering is ,there is two reports related to budget one for the provisions it self to control the cost center not exceeding the provisions in the budget & other to control the cost of productions to appear any deviation's

Budget and Budgetary report will brief to run a project with controlling of resources utilisation and manpower usage also the project can be a track within the margin.
