Only a Duty Manager (escorted by a security personnel) can enter a guest room for any reason. If a guest relation officer try to assist a guest with illness or emergency situation and something went wrong the DM or FOM will be the one to answer the authority, after all DMs are supposed to be certified first aider and available all the time.
