Conducting as assessment. Having an an assessment tool that assesses behaviour, values and personal talent. When evaluating a potential hire, look for a strong mix of three qualities - Competence, character, and skill as a team player. Still, there is a crucial ingredient that needs to be taken care of. This ingredient is PASSION for the work- what psychologists call Intrinsic Motivation; without it, no amount of talent will yield great performance. Period.

after i already evaluated his/her skills which i needed, then i look to something so important and try to be sure that he/she believes with what the organization believes, because the goal is not to hire people who need a job, the goal is to hire people who believe with what you believe, because if you hire people just because they can do a job they will work for your money, but if you hire people who believe with what you believe they will work for you with blood, sweat and tears.

The staffing process in every organisation is assigned to the H.R. department. The H.R. department must be capable and aware of all the surroundings that affect the staffing process.  Thus, it is extremely important to set up a fully equipped and resourceful H.R. department in your organisation in order to avoid any problems regarding hiring the people for a company.

Talent is talent and every talented person has the ability to contribute to achieving corporate goals and team objectives, such talent can even give business the edge.  Best is to weigh talent agaist business values, which must include ICARE - Integrity, Commitment, Advocacy, Respect and Excellence.  We all are human and we make mistakes, but can we admit those mistake and can we make a commitment to strive for excellence in an honest and principaled manner.  Don't dwell on business related question; spend time asking questions that reveals the values of the talent in the interview, because talent can always be molded.

Firstly use an employment agency that will conduct the base assessments using the necessary tools that is aligned to your organisations values.

Look for someone that is "hungry" or passionate about their respective field as this will deliver an employee that is self motivated and someone that is "hungry" to perform.
