if you recruit from abroad he/she would be more dutiful, honest and active  and that will increase your business. He will always try to do something better to be settled here and build up his career. He is not gonna loose the job if he works hard and he knows it. Only one problem is the language. There is also a benefit because he knows English possibly. If a local person is recruited he is not always good at English in non native English speaking country. Also, a local has got the chance to quit the job much higher than one recruited from abroad. The one recruited from hundreds of miles away has the less possibility to commit even the smallest crime as he fears as foreigner.
