No money-No honey; Money makes many things. Talent depends on economic strength of the organisation. Good package-good talent (brain). Organisational policies will attract the talent. Work force planning - recruitment - attractive packages will lead to strong team with talent. Many major organisations collapsed and talent was dispersed and sold out due to detrimental policies of the head. Talent is inherent part of an individual. Sir Issac Newton, Albert Einstein....are born with talent.
