You need to be the role model for your team. Because the team follows the leader. You also can help the team where they need your assistance. You can go out to visit the customer with individual. Boost up energy level in the team by talking to them sharing their views and ideas. preparing for next day, plans goals etc. sharing market information and yes if possible one can plan a get togther during weekends.
