A) The date value for the day according to system clock
B) The time value according to system clock
C) Today’s date as Text format
D) All of above
Today's date only according to the pc clock like the fn =now() gives u time and date too
THE DATA VALUES FOR THE DAY ACCORDING TO SYSTEM CLOCK
a) is the correct answer.
=today() returns
2015/05/14
and =now() returns the date today, now that I have opened the worksheet, so the date and time will change every time I open the worksheet. Used in Printed : =now().
What would be great to know is if the =today() is volatile, in that it changes when opened tomorrow.
If I use ................Control + : Excel also insert today's dates which is non-volatile, tomorrow when opened, this date will remain unchanged.
