Therefore good results are expected from the automation marketing by the Financial Services Firms. Consumers will be thrust to the forefront, as financial marketers focus on making meaningful connections with customers and members. At the same time, financial institutions will begin to differentiate from their competition by humanizing their brand, and delivering interesting, valuable information to consumers with a consistent voice that they can relate to.

The results expected are good. I would not like to say they are excellent. One of my clients has adopted automated marketing and he reported the results as appreciable. Conversion of visitors to investors is considerable. 

If we visit a site for information and if their response is quick enough to impress us then we would not be thinking about which automated marketing firm is supporting this organization.  But we would assume that the company is quick in response, professional and hence can offer good services. This impression would convert a visitor into a client for that company. 

Considering the complete package offered by the Marketing automation, I feel this is the future.

Example: Near to expire list of Customers policy/Investment schemes...will reach to customers on time without any supervision of the dept..
