In the preparation of the training manual first we must find out what are the training needs of the production department.
We have to find out what are the usual causes of non conformity with the government rules, company rules of the company as well as some of audit findings so we can incorporate in our training manuals.
We must also have a research team to organize inorder to know exactly what are the production concerns with regards to the competition in the industry so we can have an inovative training scheme for development of new systems or even new products in the market.
Aside from the discipline aspects also there is a need for a team building among the production department and this will enhance more productivity and good relationship among others.
