A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves.

I do not agree! Even I agree with Mr. Ahmed Mohamed, with one man show is success impossible, but I miss in the statement the participation of the TEAM including the leader because we know that without a good leader the team doesn't work like it should. Sure is a good team-leader "invisible" but how ever, she/he should participate in the earnings of the benefit or reward.
