Dear Hi,

 

I believe the best way to reward a team is by acknowledging their effort, 

MONEY, GIFT or any other material may not be that effective than a RECOGNIZING WORD

 

A small token of appreciation and a BIG recognition of team members will be the best reward a team will ever get!

I think money will be good

 

 also you can  make a day off for a trip outside the company
