Ask the guest if he needs immediate help of hotel doctor or he would like insurance coverage. Escort him to reception ask to call to insurance and send car for sick person. Escort them to the car upon arrival of car and check if the hospital has staff speaking by the language of guest. Sometimes hotel sends somebody from his staff as interpreter. Check the guest upon arrival back to hotel. Call if he needs something like the food to the room till he will become completely healed.
