There were quite a few........ the most difficult were:
Criticism, especially in-house criticism.
Interpersonal issues, either within the group or outside it.
Sir let me be honest . I have never manged leadership transition. But I have been the victim of leadership transition. In such instances it is better not to criticize or appreciate ur former boss. Both may go against u depending upon whether he is a friend of the former or he takes appreciation of another person as his criticism.

Failure in the next challenge, which affects the production work but completely reflected an important change in the administration if there is a certified management system in place
Resistance and delayed acceptance of the change for lack of communication as to how all would benefit.
It didn't happen to manage the leadership transition
During the initial phase, you are faced with a lot of indifference and lack of buy-in, which is typical and quite expected. When this is overcome, moving on to the next phases, the biggest challenges are proving credibility, promoting acceptance and influencing.
