I am trying to set some procedures up and I have employees asking for LTD and STD information.

I have a23 page booklet on both. Should I give them the whole policy - or would a short excerpt suffice?

Have you considered providing a2-4 page document that summarizes all of your benefits programs, to include LTD & STD? It is a great resource for recruiting, and if someone wants more details, you can review the SPD with them.
