Hello,

Each company is different and can choose whether they want to assign a job position which entails a certain amount of persons to do all events with ability to allow volunteers to assist. where some companies will choose an employee to handle the project and assign different people each time for the event.

Our company events are planned a year in advance by a diverse group of individuals representing different divisions and business units. Representatives are replaced on a regular basis ensuring the introduction of fresh ideas and promotion of equal opportunity.

Our company's client is engaged in providing education. It is a registered trust and so it's managerial hierarchy is not that complex. But their are two operational manager tiers :

Zone manager and

Branch manager

In this branch manager is reporting to zone manager, while zone manager is reporting to trustees and the both of them are not doing all tasks.
