The other case that there should be investigation of this case by hotel management (duty, rdm, fom, travel company) because the guest can complain about the slippery stairs or absence of border of the ladders... So its should be complain in this case. The guest relation should make relation with guest to not complain for the hotel (if its possible) and arrange amenities...
