How you satisfy your different type of customers ?

When i am working Cauvery Medicals ( Retail Pharmacy ), day by day i dealing different type of customers like literate, illiterate, Rich and Poor customers. We should satisfy all types of customers. For example

1.  Literate...

They always asking more questions about the product like Manufacturer , recommended Doctors etc...

2. Illiterate...

It very tough to satisfy , because they remember only color and price of the product.

3. Rich..

They always asking Branded Company Medicine and correct quantity on time delivery.

4. Poor....

They required quick recovery and bill should be less.

However we should all customers what we have with smiling faces and good attitude it leads to improve the business.

Always remember that the customer is the king. Treat them well and always put yourselves in their shoes. Always explain your product in a lay man term which is easily understand by the customer. Explain well and other alternative products

Whenever you are doing customer service, the thumb rule always applies ie, "Customer is the King". As you know that you are dealing with different categories of customers, make a plan one by one for each category of customers you are dealing with. You have already categorized like Literate, Illiterate, Rich, Poor. You are also aware of the questions they ask, from which it is clear about their purchasing behavior and pattern, so it is very easy for you to figure out what exactly their needs are. Categorize the products of your Pharmacy in line with the customer categories and work out what you should say exactly to each category of customers. Just polish your vocabulary, usage of statements, watch some sales videos, get inputs from websites and make a unique plan for each categories of customers. When you identify that a particular category customers needs are not fulfilled, inform your management about the hindrance and together workout for the betterment of customers and the business . Always brush up your selling skills.

First upon understand customers taste and what type of charecter they are. If You understand u can manitain very easily. Do the Delivery on time , and not make too much excuses. keep touch with them.

I can satisfy my different customer needs by asking open questions to my customer to know their specific needs and surely offering for them the correct product they need it this procedures can't be done if I don't have a perfect product knowledge and a welcoming face to approach the customer
