HR plays an important role in the organisation to resolve most of the grievance at initial stages, and over comes conflicts and help employees to gain confidence on the company
A department will never be weak, until and unless the management / employees in the organization makes it weak, I don't understand why people says HR department is weak especially in UAE. The most privileged and systematic department in UAE is HR which I can say it very proudly. First it is very important to know the main essence of HR and out of my 6 years of experience in UAE I will say, if the HR department is weak, the Organization will never sustain with good employees.
