EOSB - End of Service Benefits is the final pay issue to employees leaving the Company.  it is composed of the following:

1. Gratuity (computation is based on UAE Law)

2. Final month salary (if not paid along with payroll)

3. Cash equivalent of remaining leave days

4. Any outstanding amount due to employees: outstanding overtime pay, site allowances, reimbursements, etc.

5. This can also include any deductions that is due from the employee.  The deduction(s) should be discussed and agreed by the employee provided that supporting documents are presented for employees review and acknowledgment and is not more than the3 months salary.

The calculation of the gratuity is based in the UAE Labor Law as follows:

1-3 years of service =7 days per year of basic salary

3-4 years of service =14 days per year of basic salary\\

5 years =21 days per year of basic salary

more than5 years =30 days per year of the basic salary
