The drunk man during the flight was kicking stewardess and screamed "hey you". At the end of flight the woman answered: "I am not "hey you"

And informed him that she will call police upon arrival when he was walking on the board at the time of landing. Can stewardess or anybody from guest service talk by that way to passenger with bad behavior?

When the management has permitted passanger to indulge to this extend, then the same management should ensure to induct highly composed stewardess to manage such passanger.

No you should not  even though we all are working in hospitality it does not mean any body can dis respect you . but you have to report to the concern management or your higher authority and its there responsibility to take the disciplinary action against the bad customer

The stewardess should have only informed the Drunk passenger that if he did not calm him self then she would have to call the police, and left it at that, I am certain she was upset with the passengers behavior, but her reply was not professional ,
