The interaction between customers and customer service starts from the moment the customer  associated with the company and this is done by trying to provide the best service to him and to provide appropriate solutions to problems

Well, if we take the case from both sides, the customer service should take the responsibility to provide the best quality of service and ensure the customer's satisfaction. And the customer should treat the customer service agent with mutual respect.

I believe in order to gain the attention from your customer is through a kind polite and smooth gesture coming from the customer service agent, because it is the customer who comes to you and waiting to see your reaction and a how you attend to them. So just to have the best interaction between both, the customer service agent has to be very submissive to the customer and be the one to create a conducive environment for the customer who is just in need of their services.
