We have a dedicated corporate quality team with Master black belts, Black belts to support each vertical of the business to identify the projects, Prepare the initial analysis, present to customer and initiate the project with a project lead (who will be the SME of the process). Projects will be reviewed according to the toll-gate agreed.  Implantation and progress is analysed and sustainability will be rated be the Black belt(Project mentor).
