You have to assess your team members. Assess their knowledge, skills and attitude through different methods such as question and answer, interview and performance checklist or assessment from their supervisors,head or team leader. Then determine the performance gaps; Prioritize the training needs and Plan for the needed supplemental activities and training needed by the team members.
