There are two type of proteins: high biological value and low biological value, the difference is from its source. The high biological value is from animal source, it means the proteins in the animal source contains all the essential amino acids, amino acids is the smallest unit of a protein chain. The low biological value is from the plant source which the proteins from one source don't contain the all essential amino acids. But if we diversify from plant sources we can get all the essential amino acids.

I think that the perfect protein is Albumine from eggs. Because its the reference about quality proteins.

I remember as a pupil at University that albumine from eggs is considerated as1 and the proteins with less level of absortion in alimentary canal have a rate under1. Rate1 is the highest absortion rate possible in alimentary canal.

Breakfast proteins are very important because they provide us with the energy we need during the day and give us the state of satiety, so they are essential for people who want to lose weight, but also for those who want to increase their muscle mass.

Biological value is a measurement that determines whether the body has use for a nutrient or if it is not essential to survival. All proteins are made from amino acids; when a protein has the right amount of key amino acids, it is a high biological value protein. When a protein has a low value, it needs to accompany another complementing protein to help the body.
