Community Management is about social sentiment i.e find out whos talking about you through social posts such as tweets, posts, etc. Some of the well known tools for this are Social Mention, Hootsuite, Crowdbooster, Facebook insights, Tweepi.

If you can afford it - A social media management system like SpredFast (my favorite) or Shoutlet, otherwise stick to FirstPost or Hootsuite.
An inbound marketing solution like Marketo or Hubspot or if you want to keep it cheap use Constant contact.
For Twitter you must use SocialBro with Twitonomy.
