There are two types of soil .alnoa first contain salt. Do not fit the building. Either type Alakharfahi fertile soil is salty. Fit the building

The Bearing capacity of soil can be determined by doing soil investigation by Specialist soil investigation contractor and soil report should be  prepared by Geologist engineer.
